We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive Medical Assistant to join our clinical team.Role OverviewThis role is essential to keeping our clinical day running smoothly, safely, and on time. You will work closely with our physicians, nurses, injectors, and aesthetic providers to prepare patients and treatment rooms, assist with procedures, support clinical documentation, and help maintain an exceptional patient experience.Required QualificationsActive phlebotomy certification and strong venipuncture skills requiredMedical Assistant training/certificationPrevious experience in a medical or clinical environmentStrong attention to detail and patient safetyExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and anticipate provider needsExperience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness preferredKey ResponsibilitiesClinical & Provider SupportPerform blood draws for labs, PRP, and regenerative treatmentsPrepare patients for injectable, laser, skin, and wellness proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, trays, sterile fields, and necessary suppliesAssist providers during treatments and procedures as appropriateMonitor patient comfort and help provide pre- and post-treatment instructionsFollow proper clinical photography and documentation protocolsTreatment Room & Inventory SupportTurn over and sanitize treatment rooms efficiently between patientsSet up laser and device rooms according to practice protocolsRestock treatment rooms and clinical supply areasMaintain organization of medical supplies, lab kits, and inventorySupport tracking of injectable and treatment suppliesPatient Experience & Daily FlowHelp maintain an organized, on-time clinical scheduleCreate a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment environmentCommunicate effectively with providers, front desk, and other team membersEnsure consent forms and required documentation are completed appropriatelyAnticipate provider and patient needs throughout the dayWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their role and understands how important the Medical Assistant is to the flow of a busy practice.
