ConciergeMD, a long-standing physician-owned concierge medical practice, is opening a new Brickell location and is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant.The practice is a physician-owned practice with excellent benefits and work environment. You will have the opportunity to provide care to a health-conscious patient population seeking exemplary care.This role requires approximately one month of full-time training at our Hollywood, FL office prior to transitioning to Brickell.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in a primary care medical officeRecent, routine venipuncture experience requiredEMR experience required (EPIC preferred)Strong medical terminology knowledgeExcellent communication skillsExperience with medication prior authorizations (CoverMyMeds preferred)Familiarity with Quest Quanum and basic medical invoicing preferredStrong organizational skills, including inventory managementComfortable with clinical and technical workflowsHouse calls may be required, though most hours are office-basedSchedule is generally 40 hours per week; occasional evenings/weekends may be required and compensated appropriatelyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceDental insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person(Training in Hollywood, FL; permanent role in Brickell, Miami, FL)
