SpineSearch is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Orthopedic, spine, or pain management experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories.Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits and procedures.Complete accurate, real-time EMR documentation.Coordinate patient care, including follow-up calls, scheduling assistance, forms, and clinical communication.Maintain complete and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with practice policies and quality standards.Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.Support quality initiatives and other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:Medical Assistant experience required; orthopedic, spine, or pain management experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.What We Offer:Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageMonday–Friday scheduleCollaborative, supportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growth within a thriving specialty practice
