Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator

Batal Plastic Surgery is looking for a motivated Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our team in Santa Monica. This is a 100% in person position combining clinical patient care, operating room assistance, patient coordination, and administrative support.Schedule: Part Time to Full TimePay: $21 to $25/hour depending on experienceResponsibilities• Assist with patients before, during, and after procedures• Help prepare and maintain procedure and operating rooms• Support post operative visits and patient care• Assist with intake, medical histories, scheduling, and patient communication• Help guide prospective patients through consultations and the surgical process• Follow up with leads and help patients understand procedures, pricing, and next steps• Support general clinical and administrative tasks as neededWho We're Looking ForPrevious medical experience or schooling is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right person.We're looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and is comfortable taking on different responsibilities. Customer service, sales, or patient coordination experience is a strong plus, especially someone who is confident speaking with prospective patients and helping them feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.Bilingual applicants are also a plus, especially Spanish speakers.You'll begin with specific tasks and gradually take on additional clinical, administrative, and patient coordination responsibilities as you become more comfortable and experienced.Location: Santa Monica, CAWork Setting: In Person OnlySchedule: Part Time to Full TimePay: $21 to $26/hourPlease apply with your resume, availability, and a brief introduction about yourself
