Medical Call Center Representative

For over 20 years, Advanced Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy has provided top-notch otolaryngological care to the Atlanta community. In an effort to meet the needs of our patients, we are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with incoming patient phone calls throughout the day, helping to deliver a high level of service to the people entrusting us with their care. This person will be expected to answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
