Medical Center Manager

Role Description:The Medical Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical and administrative services. This role includes managing clinical workflows, coordinating medical staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Medical Center Manager will monitor patient flow, optimize resource utilization, and will maintain high-quality, patient-centered care. Daily tasks involve supervising support staff, managing budgets, reviewing performance indicators, supporting training initiatives, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align operational activities with the hospital’s strategic vision and core values.QualificationsStrong background in clinical management.Proficiency in Medical Affairs, including policy implementation, compliance, and coordination with clinical teams.Experience in Training related to clinical staff development, onboarding, and continuous professional education.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant professional licenses or certifications are an advantage.Proven experience in managing healthcare operations, preferably in a specialized or surgical center.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and use healthcare information systems to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
