Its product range covers Personal, Commercial, Specialist, Group Life, and Medical insurance, offering comprehensive coverage options for individuals and organizations.Role Description The Medical Claim Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves receiving, reviewing, and processing medical claims, verifying policy coverage and patient eligibility, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. The coordinator will communicate with clients, insurance providers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely claim approvals and settlements. Daily tasks include updating claim records, tracking claim status, preparing reports, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also requires adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards to support a high-quality client experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review claim documents, identify discrepancies, and make data-informed decisions.Candidates should possess Insurance knowledge with a focus on health and medical coverage, policy terms, and regulatory requirements.Candidates should possess Claims Management and Claims Handling skills to process, track, and resolve medical claims efficiently.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.Relevant experience in medical or health insurance claims, underwriting support, or a similar insurance operations role is beneficial.Proficiency with office software and claims management systems, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with UAE healthcare and insurance regulations and fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
