🏥 Hiring: Consultant Physician / Consultant Specialist | UAEWe are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Consultant Physician / Consultant Specialist to join a prestigious healthcare organization in the UAE. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, contribute to medical education, lead clinical initiatives, and participate in research and quality improvement programs within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered clinical care.Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with complex medical conditions.Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical management strategies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.Provide expert consultation and second opinions for complex clinical cases.Participate in on-call and emergency service coverage as required.Supervise, mentor, and educate medical students, interns, residents, and junior physicians.Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement projects, publications, and academic activities.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards.Support hospital committees, governance initiatives, and operational excellence programs.Provide clinical leadership and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Board Certification / Recognized Specialty Qualification in the relevant specialty.Minimum 8 years of post-specialization clinical experience, including experience at Consultant or Specialist level in a reputable hospital.Valid DHA License/Eligibility (or eligibility for UAE licensure).Proven expertise in managing complex medical cases and delivering evidence-based patient care.Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration, teaching, mentoring, and clinical leadership.Research, publications, and quality improvement project involvement are highly desirable.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
