Medical Coordinator

We are looking for a Medical Unit Coordinator to support the daily operations of our outpatient medical units and ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient appointments, schedules, and medical records.Welcome patients, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance throughout their visit.Liaise with physicians, clinical teams, reception, call center, and admission staff.Verify insurance information and support billing documentation.Address patient concerns and follow up with the relevant care teams.Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare environment.Good knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
