This role partners closely with Sales leadership to support customer engagement, drive product utilization, and improve patient outcomes through clinical advocacy and procedural excellence.The position serves as a key liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs are met while delivering high-quality clinical education and support.Responsibilities:Serve as a clinical expert and advocate by influencing clinical decision-making through presentation of clinical data and product applicationsPartner with Sales Managers within assigned geography to support territory objectives and customer engagementsProvide case coverage and hands-on technical support in interventional radiology and clinical environmentsDeliver product training, in-services, and educational programs to healthcare professionalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, interventional radiologists, and hospital staffIdentify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints; recommend appropriate solutions using company productsSupport product adoption and drive consistent utilization within assigned accountsMaintain a high level of product and competitive knowledge, including workflows and clinical applicationsAct as primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and procedural guidanceCommunicate market insights, customer feedback, and account activity to Sales leadership on a regular basisCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Service teams to ensure customer successAssist with order coordination and provide guidance on inventory management and controlParticipate in local trade shows, conferences, and educational eventsDevelop and deliver presentations and coordinate programs with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Maintain accurate and consistent activity reporting and administrative documentationSupport territory business plans and contribute to achieving sales objectives in partnership with Regional Business ManagersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare or medical device industry preferredClinical background (RT, IR Tech, or similar) with training/in-servicing experience strongly preferredExperience supporting interventional radiology, radiology, or cardiology products highly preferredProven ability to deliver presentations and support clinical education initiativesReside in Orange county or San Deigo Metro areasCompensation:$170,000 base salary; $210,000 at plan, UNCAPPED$1,000 car allowanceFull benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirementAdditional incentives tied to territory and company performanceThe job description is not exhaustive and may have been condensed for online or mobile viewing.
