This collaborative, customer-focused approach positions Exeo Healthcare as a strategic partner for healthcare providers and manufacturers in the region.Role Description The Medical Devices Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Western Region, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will support the promotion and adoption of assigned medical device portfolios by providing product demonstrations, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations, assisting with case support and in-theatre product usage, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth. The Product Specialist will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, regulatory and compliance requirements, and competitive offerings, and will contribute to product-related marketing activities and educational programs. Regular travel within Saudi Arabia to healthcare facilities is expected to support customers and strengthen long-term relationships.QualificationsExperience in medical devices or healthcare products, preferable in wound care and surgical consumables with the ability to understand technical specifications and clinical applications.Strong customer-facing skills, including presenting, training, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.Ability to analyze market needs, gather customer feedback, and support sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption.Organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, manage multiple accounts, and document activities accurately.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, medical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
