The role oversees clinical governance, physician performance, quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality medical services across the organizationLead clinical governance, physician engagement, credentialing, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesCollaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical strategies that support organizational objectives and operational performanceMonitor clinical quality indicators, patient safety measures, and regulatory compliance, implementing corrective actions where requiredEnsure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, ethical practices, and applicable healthcare regulationsQualificationsMedical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institutionValid professional classification and registration with the relevant healthcare regulatory authorityMinimum 10 years of clinical experience, including senior leadership or medical management responsibilitiesExtensive healthcare or hospital leadership experience is requiredStrong knowledge of clinical governance, quality management, healthcare regulations, and physician leadershipFluency in Arabic and English languages
