This full-time, on-site role in Qesm 1st 6 October includes supervising medical staff, supporting physicians in complex clinical decisions, and coordinating multidisciplinary care pathways in neurology, spine, cardiology, and oncology-related cases. The Medical Director will develop and implement clinical protocols, participate in case reviews and morbidity and mortality meetings, and lead initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities also include mentoring physicians and clinical teams, collaborating with hospital administration on strategic planning, and representing the medical staff in internal and external committees. The role requires active involvement in continuing medical education programs and fostering a culture of ethical practice, teamwork, and transparent communication.QualificationsClinical expertise in Medicine with focused experience in Neurology and spine-related care.Experience or familiarity with Cardiology and Oncology as they relate to complex neurological and spine cases.Demonstrated experience working with physicians, leading multidisciplinary teams, and providing clinical mentorship.Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or a closely related specialty.Minimum of several years in a senior clinical or leadership role within a hospital or specialized care setting.Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety standards, and hospital accreditation requirements.Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.Ability to work on-site full-time in Qesm 1st 6 October and collaborate effectively with diverse clinical and administrative teams.
