This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, relationship-based care, and improving patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.About the RoleThe Medical Director will provide comprehensive primary care services while helping lead clinical operations and support a high-performing healthcare team.ResponsibilitiesPerform annual physicals, wellness visits, and preventive health screeningsDiagnose, evaluate, and treat acute and chronic medical conditionsOrder and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other proceduresPrescribe medications and educate patients regarding treatment plans, risks, and expected outcomesProvide patient education focused on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choicesCoordinate care with specialists and make referrals when appropriateCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient careMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the healthcare teamQualificationsDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institutionActive and unrestricted Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain)Current DEA registration and prescriptive authorityMinimum of three (3) years of clinical experience preferredExperience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Primary Care strongly preferredStrong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership experience or prior Medical Director experience is a plusRequired SkillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient settingStrong team-building and collaborative leadership abilitiesPassion for preventive care and population health managementPreferred SkillsExperience working with employer-sponsored health clinics is a plusPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits packageLeadership opportunity with a respected organizationCollaborative and supportive clinical environmentFocus on quality patient care with manageable patient volumesOpportunity to positively impact employee health and wellnessEqual Opportunity StatementJoin a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care, improving health outcomes, and creating healthier communities through innovative employer-sponsored healthcare services.
