Building trust is paramount — with patients and with staff.www.rofemedical.comwww.lavimedspa.comThe RoleYou will serve as the medical leader of a VIP regenerative medicine clinic and it's adjacent med spa with an active total patient panel of approximately 5,000 (10,000 on the email list), seeing patients and managing a team of 2 MDs, 2 PAs and 14 MAs, you will oversee, mentor, and hold to a high standard.1/3 of our billing goes through insurance and 2/3 is cash pay elective services. We are patient and practitioner centric. Our staff deals with ICD-10 coding, insurance bureaucracy and clinic management so you can focus on patients. Med Spa is focused on longevity memberships with aesthetics as a value add.This is a highly client-facing role. Our patients are discerning, private, and results-driven. You must be comfortable in that environment: composed, discreet, medically rigorous, and excellent with people.You will:Direct and oversee all clinical care across regenerative medicine, anti-aging, and medical weight lossPersonally see the majority of our patients and remain a visible clinical presence — not a name on the wallSupervise, train, and manage other practitioners; own quality, protocols, and outcomesDesign and continuously refine protocols for stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, GLP-1 medical weight loss, and complementary regenerative servicesEnsure Florida regulatory, documentation, and supervision requirements are met without exceptionProtect patient confidentiality at a VIP standardBuild trust with a high-profile client base and with the clinical teamPartner with ownership on clinical direction while remaining fully accountable for day-to-day medicineWho We’re Looking ForWe do not discriminate against physicians because they are “too old.” We would prefer a seasoned industry leader — ideally a former practice owner or someone who has built and run a high-touch practice.RequiredActive license in the State of FL, including DEA licenseBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineAlready credentialed with the Big Five 3rd party payors in FloridaStrong medical weight loss expertise, including GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and related protocols)Hands-on experience with stem cell and exosome therapyProven ability to manage/mentor other clinicians, not only treat patientsExceptional interpersonal skills; discretion with a confidential VIP client baseComfort with a high-touch, high-expectation patient populationUnrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain promptly) and clean professional recordStrongly PreferredBoard Certified in Regenerative MedicineBoard Certified in Lifestyle MedicineCertified Aesthetic InjectorA4M memberPrior practice ownership or medical director experience in cash-pay, concierge, regenerative, or aesthetic medicineExperience serving high-net-worth or high-profile patientsWhat This Is — and What It Is NotThis is for a physician who still wants to practice medicine at a high level and lead a team doing the same.This is not:A license-only or remote “chart signing” arrangementA corporate strategy or advisory title with no patientsA first-job-out-of-residency roleA slow-paced retirement jobIf you want to practice cutting-edge regenerative and longevity medicine, lead other clinicians, and work with a discreet, high-profile patient base in Boca Raton, this is the seat.LocationBoca Raton, Florida — off N.
