Medical Director — Functional, Integrative & Longevity MedicineBoca Raton, Florida | Full-Time | OnsiteAdvertised Compensation: $275,000–$400,000 | Performance Incentives | Potential Partnership & EquityLead an established practice and help shape its next stage of growthNorTek Medical Staffing is recruiting a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a Medical Director opportunity with an established concierge medical organization in Boca Raton, Florida.This position combines hands-on outpatient care with physician leadership, clinical program development, and collaboration with ownership. The practice brings together primary care, preventive medicine, metabolic health, functional and integrative medicine, and longevity-focused services.The incoming Medical Director will work with an established patient population and a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team. This opportunity is suited to a physician who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, mentoring clinicians, and taking an active role in the direction of a private practice.The immediate priority is an experienced physician who can begin within 45 days and contribute with minimal foundational training in at least two of the three clinical service areas below.Required Clinical Experience — At Least Two of Three Areas1. Medical Weight Loss and GLP-1 ManagementDirect, current experience evaluating and managing patients receiving medical weight-management treatment, including:Assessing medical history, metabolic risk factors, treatment goals, and suitability for pharmacologic treatment.Prescribing and managing GLP-1 therapies.Monitoring clinical response, tolerability, and patient progress.Adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings.Providing counseling and longitudinal follow-up.2. Stem Cell or Exosome Injection TherapiesDocumented, hands-on experience in this service category, including:Patient assessment and treatment selection.Relevant procedural training and direct injection experience.Discussion of treatment risks, limitations, and alternatives.Patient monitoring and follow-up.Candidates should be prepared to describe the specific procedures, products, indications, training, and clinical setting associated with their experience. Any services performed must meet applicable regulatory requirements and practice credentialing standards.3. Botox, Xeomin, or Comparable Aesthetic Injectable ServicesCurrent experience providing aesthetic injectable treatments, including:Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning.Hands-on administration of Botox, Xeomin, or comparable aesthetic injectables.Relevant formal training, certification, or documented procedural competency.Patient counseling, follow-up, and management of treatment-related concerns.Experience in any two of these three categories is required. General interest or willingness to train alone does not meet the immediate screening requirement.The Practice EnvironmentThe organization serves an engaged patient population through a combination of concierge/private-pay and insurance-based care.Approximately 70% cash-pay and 30% insurance-based care.Approximately 100–120 patient visits daily across the practice.Medical Director expectation of approximately 30–50 patient visits daily within a supported care model.Full-time, onsite practice in Boca Raton.Established clinical and administrative infrastructure.Opportunity to influence clinical programs, patient experience, and practice development.This is an active outpatient leadership position. The successful physician must be comfortable balancing direct patient care, procedural responsibilities, team oversight, and operational collaboration.Clinical and Administrative SupportAvailable support includes:Additional physician coverage.Two Physician Assistants.Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants.Front-office, billing, and administrative personnel.Onsite pharmacy personnel and laboratory resources.Assistance with chart preparation, care coordination, and clinical follow-through.AI-assisted documentation and workflow technology.Clinical ScopeThe practice’s service model includes:Comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.Preventive care and chronic disease management.Functional and integrative medicine.Metabolic health and medical weight management.Diabetes and thyroid care.Hormone-related evaluation and management.Men’s and women’s health.Sexual health.Lifestyle counseling and individualized prevention strategies.Evaluation of patients with chronic fatigue, persistent post-COVID symptoms, and chronic pain.Selected injectable, infusion, and aesthetic services consistent with physician qualifications and applicable requirements.The Medical Director will help evaluate and refine clinical services, treatment protocols, and patient selection standards.Medical Director ResponsibilitiesDirect Patient CareConduct comprehensive outpatient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Manage preventive, chronic, and metabolic health needs.Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.Perform procedures within demonstrated competency and approved practice scope.Explain treatment options, risks, benefits, limitations, and follow-up expectations.Build lasting patient relationships through clear communication and consistent clinical care.Maintain accurate, timely documentation with support from the practice team.Clinical LeadershipServe as the practice’s physician leader and Medical Director.Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to advanced practice providers and nursing staff.Review and strengthen clinical protocols, care pathways, and documentation standards.Support clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.Encourage evidence-informed decision-making and appropriate referrals.Promote consistent standards across the clinical team.Practice DevelopmentCollaborate with ownership on practice priorities and long-term development.Evaluate opportunities for new clinical programs and services.Improve workflows while protecting clinical quality and patient experience.Support team development and effective interdisciplinary communication.Contribute to responsible practice growth and continuity of care.Required QualificationsMD or DO degree.Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.Active DEA registration or ability to obtain it before starting.At least five years of clinical physician experience following residency.Current, documented experience in at least two of the three required service categories.Strong outpatient assessment, chronic disease management, and clinical decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to guide clinical staff and communicate effectively with patients.Ability to manage the stated patient volume within the practice’s supported care model.Availability for full-time, onsite work in Boca Raton.Ability to begin within 45 days.Preferred BackgroundPrevious Medical Director or comparable physician leadership experience.Functional, integrative, longevity, bariatric, wellness, or concierge medicine experience.Experience with metabolic health and hormone-related care.Additional education in longevity or integrative medicine, including A4M involvement or comparable training.Experience caring for private-pay or membership-based patient populations.Interest in technology-supported clinical workflows.Interest in a long-term leadership relationship with potential partnership participation.Compensation and BenefitsAdvertised annual compensation range of $275,000–$400,000.Guaranteed base salary and performance-based incentives; the specific base and incentive structure will be discussed during interviews.Stated total annual earning potential of $400,000+, dependent on the agreed compensation plan and performance.Potential partnership track and equity opportunity for the appropriate long-term physician, subject to mutually agreed terms.Health benefits.Malpractice coverage.401(k).Paid time off.Professional development opportunities.Location and Start TimelineThis opportunity is currently focused on physicians already located within practical commuting distance of Boca Raton.
