- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Active license to practice medicine in New York State
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in an ambulatory care setting⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience within a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar healthcare environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or another language
