Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Medical Director at Your Daily Inspiration will provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medically related content, programs, and initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving medical content for accuracy, guiding topic selection, and ensuring alignment with current clinical guidelines and best practices. The Medical Director will consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals, contribute to the development of educational materials, and support strategic decisions related to health campaigns. The role also involves monitoring emerging medical research, maintaining high ethical standards, and promoting a patient-centered, non-discriminatory approach in all outputs.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to interpret and apply clinical guidelines across multiple areas of practice.Specialized expertise or substantial experience in Cardiology, particularly in preventive cardiology and chronic disease management.Professional experience or training in Neurology, including familiarity with common neurological disorders and evidence-based treatments.Knowledge or clinical experience in Oncology, with an understanding of cancer prevention, treatment options, and survivorship care.Demonstrated experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to review, validate, and communicate medical information.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and valid professional licensure; board certification in a relevant specialty is strongly preferred.Experience in medical writing, health education, or clinical guideline development is beneficial.Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex medical topics to non-clinical audiences.Commitment to ethical practice, evidence-based medicine, and inclusive, culturally sensitive healthcare communication.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
