Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Medical Director at Stichting Walking & Talking will provide clinical leadership and oversight for programs and services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and alignment with organizational objectives. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and refining clinical protocols, supervising and mentoring physicians and clinical staff, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The Medical Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to strategic planning for medical services, and support compliance with relevant health regulations and ethical standards. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to research or educational initiatives, representing the organization in professional forums, and supporting continuous improvement in patient outcomes and safety.Qualifications Strong foundation in general Medicine, with the ability to oversee diverse clinical services.Expertise in one or more specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology to guide complex case management and program development.Demonstrated experience Working with Physicians, including leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaborative clinical decision-making.Valid medical degree and specialist certification, with eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates or willingness to obtain it.Proven leadership experience in a clinical or medical director capacity, preferably in a multidisciplinary or community-focused setting.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical needs into operational plans.Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
