Key ResponsibilitiesLead utilization management and medical cost-control initiatives.Oversee provider network and medical operations to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.Manage provider accreditation, expansion, performance, and partnerships.Support underwriting, claims evaluation, and complex case management.Drive chronic disease management, wellness, and telemedicine programs.Monitor medical spend and recommend cost-efficiency strategies.Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for the team.About youDoctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid PRC license.At least 5 years of clinical experience.Proven leadership and healthcare operations experience.Strong knowledge of medical risk assessment, claims, and healthcare regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in insurance, underwriting, or healthcare management is an advantage.Postgraduate specialization, board certification, or a master's degree is preferred but not required.
