Medical Director

Role Description The Medical Director at CFA Ambassadors – FMI is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical programs, ensuring that initiatives align with current standards of care in cardiology, neurology, oncology, and general medicine. Daily activities include reviewing and advising on clinical content, guiding program development, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and participating in strategic planning for healthcare projects. The role also involves contributing to medical education efforts, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and representing the organization in professional and community forums as needed.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine with expertise in at least one of the following specialties: Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology.Demonstrated experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams in a leadership or advisory capacity.Current medical license and board certification (or equivalent) appropriate to practice in the relevant specialty; eligibility to practice or register in the UAE is preferred.Proven track record in clinical program development, medical governance, or quality improvement.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience in medical education, clinical research, or guideline development is an advantage.Strong ethical standards, commitment to patient-centered care, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
