Responsibilities

Assume leadership in clinical affairs at a particular site; supervise other providers and team with the Center Director to manage medical operationsTake histories, perform physical examinations, and prescribe treatment and medication for conditionsDesign and participate in quality improvement activities, including Medical Record Peer Review, performance and procedure audits, outcome audits, and focused reviewsCoordinate tests, referrals, and care of patients outside the centerMaintain legible and appropriate documentation of medical recordsParticipate and attend provider meetingsPerform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New YorkB/C Family Medicine or Internal MedicinePrevious Leadership Experience
