The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive clinical consultations, conduct physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to support preventive and primary care. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, monitoring chronic conditions, and coordinating follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care. The role involves documenting encounters accurately in electronic medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in case discussions. The Medical Doctor will also contribute to health education initiatives, support digital care pathways, and maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and ethical practice.Qualifications Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice in India.Clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or preventive health settings.Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.Ability to use electronic medical record systems and comfort with integrating digital tools into clinical workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and health education.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across clinical and non-clinical functions.Commitment to preventive healthcare, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.Prior experience in a startup, integrated care, or technology-enabled healthcare environment is a plus.
