Role: Medical Doctor – GLP ProgramCompany: WatchYourHealth.comPosition: MBBS + MD/DNB(Medicine) Doctor – GLP ProgramLocation: Wagle Estate, ThaneWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMCompensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per monthRole Overview:Watch Your Health is looking for an experienced MBBS + MD/DNB (Medicine) Doctor with strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in GLP-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1)–based weight management programs. The candidate will be responsible for providing clinical guidance, monitoring patient progress, and supporting safe and effective management throughout the program.Key Responsibilities:Conduct tele consultations as per the daily schedule.Read every patient file before joining; the pre-read acknowledgement gates the consult. Never re-ask what the file already answers.Take a proper history, including root-cause analysis of weight gain and the mandatory secondary-cause screen on every patient.Explain the science, the tests, and the side effects on every consult; no consult closes without all three being covered.Prescribe strictly from the protocol library and escalate off-protocol cases to the endocrinology panel.Decline unsuitable patients appropriately, with a clear reason, alternative, and next step.Approve the written advice within 10 minutes of consult close and complete the EMR fully on-call.Complete certification before going live, including required training modules, mock consultations, and clinical assessment.Participate in monthly clinical scorecard and quality reviews.Eligibility & Requirements:MBBS + MD/DNB (Medicine) from a recognized medical institution is a must.Prior experience working with GLP-1 medications / GLP-based weight management programs is mandatory or highly preferred.Strong clinical knowledge of obesity, metabolic health, diabetes, and weight management.Good understanding of indications, contraindications, dosage considerations, monitoring, and potential adverse effects associated with GLP-1 therapies.Excellent communication and patient-counselling skills.Ability to explain medical concepts clearly and confidently to patients.Strong clinical decision-making and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined clinical protocols.Ideal Candidate:A clinically sound and patient-focused doctor with strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of GLP-based weight management, and the ability to build trust with patients through virtual consultations.Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Work From Office
