MD – Associate Medical DirectorLocation: Los Angeles, CAPosition: Full-TimePosition OverviewSeeking an experienced MD/DO to provide both direct patient care and clinical/operational leadership, with approximately 20 hours of clinical work and 20 hours of administrative/leadership responsibilities per week.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support NPs and PAs across clinical sites.Manage provider schedules, staffing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.Oversee provider productivity, clinical quality, and compliance.Provide direct patient care and review clinical documentation and diagnostic results.Support clinical protocols, chronic disease management, peer review, and QA activities.Address patient concerns and collaborate with the CMO and leadership team.QualificationsCurrent, unrestricted California MD/DO license.3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.Community health center experience preferred.Clinical and operational management experience.OCHIN Epic experience preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Spanish, Korean, or Russian bilingual skills preferred.
