The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality clinical care, including patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Responsibilities include performing routine and specialized examinations, prescribing medications and therapies, interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, advising on preventive health measures, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Medical Doctor will also participate in patient education, contribute to continuous improvement of clinical processes, and support organizational health initiatives as needed.Qualifications Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.Ability to interpret laboratory results, imaging reports, and other diagnostic test findings.Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation and using electronic health record systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and evidence-based care.MBBS degree from a recognized institution; additional specialization or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Valid medical registration/license as required by local regulatory authorities.Willingness to work full time on-site in Coimbatore and adapt to organizational protocols and schedules.Experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred; exposure to corporate or occupational health is a plus.Continuous learning mindset and openness to training, clinical updates, and quality improvement initiatives.
