Offshore Doctor – Turkey (Offshore Rotation)We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Offshore Doctor to deliver comprehensive medical support in a remote offshore environment in Turkey. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality clinical care, emergency response readiness, and ongoing health promotion for personnel on site.Key Responsibilities - Clinical Care & Emergency ResponseProvide high-quality clinical consultations and medical care to offshore personnelDeliver 24/7 emergency and non-emergency medical response on siteEnsure appropriate patient triage, stabilization, and referral where requiredCoordinate with remote medical support and assistance centres for case escalationContinuity of Care & Preventative HealthEnsure continuity of care including follow-up, referrals, and case managementSupport and implement preventative health programmes and medical screeningsPromote health awareness, disease prevention, and personal protection initiativesClinical Governance & Quality AssuranceMaintain accurate and compliant medical records in line with international standardsSupport continuous quality improvement and participate in clinic auditsMonitor clinic utilization, hygiene standards, and reporting requirementsEnsure adherence to clinical protocols and escalation proceduresOperational & Offshore SupportParticipate in emergency response planning and disaster preparednessAct as a medical escort for evacuations when requiredDeliver first aid and CPR training to non-medical personnelSupport onboard HSE activities where appropriate without compromising clinical careRequirementsQualifications & CertificationsMedical Degree with valid license to practiceBOSIET certification (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)Additional offshore or location-specific certifications as requiredExperienceProven experience in Emergency MedicinePrior offshore or remote site medical experience is highly desirableSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical decision-making and emergency response capabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional bedside manner with a strong patient-care focusAbility to work independently in remote and high-pressure environmentsStrong time management and teamwork skillsHigh level of cultural awareness and adaptabilityWhat We OfferUnique opportunity to work in a challenging offshore environmentExposure to diverse clinical scenarios and emergency medicineStructured rotation and competitive package (details shared during process)If you are a resilient and adaptable medical professional looking to operate at the forefront of offshore healthcare delivery, we encourage you to apply.
