WE ARE HIRING | CLINICAL GOVERNANCE & CLINICAL SUPPORT DOCTORWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading international healthcare services organisation for an experienced Clinical Governance & Clinical Support Doctor to join its global clinical support team.This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for a medical professional with strong experience in acute care, remote medicine, clinical governance, aeromedicine and trauma management.The RoleYou will provide high-level clinical expertise and leadership across international operations, supporting medical teams in remote sites and clinics while ensuring services consistently meet the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, compliance and best practice.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical governance activities across global operations
• Conduct clinical interviews, staff induction, mentoring and training
• Set and monitor clinical standards for medical services
• Audit remote sites and clinical services to ensure compliance and quality
• Review clinical protocols, infection-control procedures and patient-care standards
• Oversee monthly clinical reporting, statistics, equipment and inventory checks
• Identify training needs and support CPD/CME development
• Provide clinical guidance to medical teams and support complex cases
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Training, Finance and Commercial teams
• Support project mobilisation and ensure clinical readiness
• Contribute to health promotion and health awareness initiatives
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and the Board
• Drive continuous improvement across clinical support services
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of clinical and operational issues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teamsWhat We're Looking For✅ Emergency Physician, Anaesthetist, Intensivist or another relevant specialist✅ Current medical registration in a European jurisdiction✅ Minimum 7 years' post-graduation experience in an acute clinical setting✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in a remote environment or assistance platform✅ Minimum 3 years' experience managing staff in a similar capacity✅ Strong experience in clinical governance, auditing and quality management✅ Experience preparing board-level reports in English✅ Experience managing projects from inception through delivery✅ Strong knowledge of trauma and emergency medicineCertifications: ATLS, ACLS, PHTLS, PALS, Airway Management and Aeromedical training. (Training may be provided where certifications are not currently valid.)LanguagesEnglish – Advanced written, verbal and comprehension skills (Required)French, Arabic and Portuguese – PreferredAdditional Requirements
• On-call availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to travel to international site/clinic locations when required

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical and management decisions
