Clinicians collaborate closely to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations in the Metro Jacksonville area.Role Description The Medical Doctor at SRB ObGyn will provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine exams, prenatal and postnatal care, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, and in-office procedures. The physician will review patient histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and wellness. Responsibilities include collaborating with nursing and support staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves participating in call coverage as needed, contributing to practice growth, and supporting a patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Metro Jacksonville.Qualifications Active MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited ObGyn residency program.Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with an unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.Clinical expertise in obstetric and gynecologic evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and in-office procedures, with strong evidence-based practice skills.Ability to build respectful, trusting patient relationships and provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a diverse community.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with clinicians, nursing staff, and administrative team members.Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, complying with clinical protocols, and following all regulatory and ethical standards.Prior experience in outpatient women’s health or group practice settings is preferred; proficiency with electronic health records is beneficial.
