Netclinic is looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Medical Doctor to join our team at Netclinic Watergate.This is a dynamic role combining face-to-face primary healthcare with virtual consultations through Netclinic Telehealth — giving patients easier access to quality healthcare, whether they visit the clinic or connect remotely.The RoleThe successful doctor will provide primary healthcare services across Netclinic's physical and virtual care channels, including:General medical consultationsIn-person consultations at Netclinic WatergateVirtual consultations through Netclinic TelehealthDiagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditionsPrescribing and treatment planningPreventative healthcare and health screeningIssuing appropriate prescriptions, medical certificates and referralsIdentifying patients who require escalation from virtual to in-person careMaintaining accurate clinical recordsWorking collaboratively with Netclinic nurses and the wider clinical teamRequirementsMBChB or equivalent recognised medical qualificationCurrent HPCSA registration as a Medical PractitionerProfessional indemnity coverStrong clinical judgement and patient communication skillsComfortable consulting with patients both in person and virtuallyConfident using digital healthcare systems and technologyCommitment to ethical, patient-centred primary healthcareAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamPrevious primary healthcare, GP or Telehealth experience will be advantageousBe Part of Healthcare That's Going SomewhereNetclinic is building a healthcare network designed around how people live today — combining accessible community clinics with technology-enabled virtual care.You'll be part of a model that allows patients to access healthcare at the clinic or from wherever life happens.If you're a doctor who wants to combine traditional primary care with the future of digital healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
