Medical Equipment Service Technician

Reskin Medical, a rapidly growing company in the distribution and support of advanced medical equipment, is seeking a full-time Medical Equipment Service Technician.The successful candidate will join the company's technical department, primarily focusing on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of medical systems and equipment in medical practices, clinics, and hospitals.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, configuration, and commissioning of new medical equipment.Execution of preventive maintenance, calibration, and quality control checks in compliance with manufacturer standards.Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of technical faults (both in-house and on-site as required).Training and technical guidance of medical and nursing personnel on the proper and safe operation of equipment.Preparation of technical service reports and maintenance of detailed service/installation logs.Remote and in-person customer technical support and troubleshooting.Required QualificationsDegree from a University, Technical Institute, or Vocational College in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.1–3 years of relevant experience in medical equipment technical support preferred (experience with dermatology, imaging, or aesthetic equipment will be highly valued).Solid understanding of hardware, software/firmware, and basic networking principles.Fluency in English (technical terminology and communication with international manufacturers).Valid driver's license.Completed military obligations (for male candidates).Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric focus.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Comprehensive and continuous training on the technologies and systems of partner manufacturers.Company car, mobile phone, and laptop for business travel and field visits.Career advancement opportunities within a modern, well-structured, and fast-growing work environment.
