Medical Field Supervisor (First Line Manager)

E&E Pharmaceuticals is expanding its aesthetic injectables business in the UAE and is looking for an experienced Medical Field Supervisor to lead and support our field sales team.This role requires someone with strong, hands-on experience in the UAE aesthetics market, established knowledge of aesthetic clinics and injectors, and the ability to manage both commercial performance and field execution.Key Responsibilities• Supervise, coach, and support the Medical Sales Representatives across the UAE• Drive sales performance and ensure effective coverage of aesthetic clinics and injector accounts• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and licensed injectors• Support product promotion, account development, order generation, payment collection, and customer follow-up• Accompany representatives on field visits and ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales strategy• Monitor territory performance, customer activity, competitor movements, and market opportunities• Ensure proper reporting, account management, and collection follow-up• Support product launches, workshops, congresses, and injector engagement activitiesCandidate Requirements• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE aesthetic market• Proven experience working directly with aesthetic clinics and injectors• Previous experience promoting aesthetic injectables, including one or more of the following:– Dermal fillers– Skin boosters– Collagen biostimulators– Botulinum toxins• Strong field experience and market knowledge across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah• Proven experience in direct sales, order collection, and payment collection from clinics and injectors• Previous supervisory, team leadership, or senior field sales experience is strongly preferred• Currently based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving licence• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and account-management skills• Arabic and English proficiency is a must*This position is intended for candidates with genuine, direct experience in the UAE aesthetic injectables market.
