The university is committed to providing high-quality education and practical training to prepare learners for professional careers in healthcare and other fields.Role Description The Medical Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ismailia. The intern will support clinical teams by assisting with patient assessments, documenting medical histories, and observing diagnostic and treatment procedures under supervision. Daily responsibilities include helping with routine examinations, preparing patients for consultations, updating medical records, and following established clinical protocols. The intern will collaborate with physicians and medical staff across different specialties, participate in case discussions, and engage in continuous learning activities. Adherence to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and safety guidelines is essential in this role.Qualifications Foundational knowledge and skills in Medicine, including basic clinical procedures and patient care.Interest or introductory experience in Cardiology, with the ability to support cardiac assessments under supervision.Interest or introductory experience in Orthopedic Surgery, including familiarity with musculoskeletal examination principles.Understanding of Treatment principles, including evidence-based care, follow-up, and patient education.Interest or introductory experience in Neurology, with awareness of common neurological signs and symptoms.Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited medical program or equivalent.Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, follow instructions, and maintain professional conduct.Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice.Willingness to learn, adapt to a clinical environment, and participate in training and feedback processes.
