Laboratory Analyst Job SummaryPrimelab Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst with 2–4 years of laboratory experience to join our growing team. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS technology. The ideal candidate will support clinical and analytical testing activities while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform laboratory sample preparation, analysis, and reporting according to SOPsOperate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzersAssist in LC-MS/MS testing and troubleshooting proceduresEnsure accuracy and quality control of laboratory resultsMaintain proper documentation and laboratory recordsFollow laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with laboratory supervisors and technical teams for workflow efficiencyParticipate in method validation and continuous improvement activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field2–4 years of UAE laboratory experience in clinical, analytical, or diagnostic laboratoriesKnowledge or experience with LC-MS/MS systems is highly preferredFamiliarity with quality control and laboratory best practicesStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced laboratory environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in clinical chemistry, toxicology, hormone, vitamin, or newborn screening analysisFamiliarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)Experience with method development or validation is an advantageLocationDubai, United Arab EmiratesEmployment TypeFull-time
