Applicants can expect to contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery and medical infrastructure.For our preventive healthcare project in UAE, we are looking for a Medical Lead to supervise our GP team.The Medical Lead serves as the clinical and operational leader of the General Practitioners (GP) team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical oversight with active involvement in day-to-day operations. The Medical Lead maintains a visible presence within the clinic, supports colleagues in clinical practice, and provides direct patient care when operationally required.The successful candidate will work closely with Operations Management, Emirates Health Services (EHS), and the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of clinical standards, continuous quality improvement, and efficient service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & GovernanceProvide clinical leadership and supervision to the GP team.Support GPs with complex clinical decision-making and case discussions.Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, protocols, and evidence-based practice.Lead the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols.Promote a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.Liaison with Emirates Health Services (EHS)Ensure effective implementation of EHS clinical guidelines and policies.Serve as the primary clinical liaison with EHS and Clinical Directors.Maintain regular clinical communication with EHS project managers.Escalate clinical issues requiring higher-level review or intervention.Represent the clinic in clinical meetings and discussions with EHS stakeholders.Clinical OperationsCollaborate closely with Operations Management to ensure efficient daily clinical operations.Support the Staff Manager on operational matters with clinical impact.Monitor clinical quality indicators and identify opportunities for service improvement.Contribute to workflow optimization while maintaining high standards of patient care.Follow-up Oversight & Performance MonitoringOversee GP follow-up activities to ensure timely and appropriate patient management.Monitor clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support improvement initiatives.Review clinical performance trends and provide coaching where appropriate.Clinic CoverageAlthough this is primarily a leadership position, the Medical Lead is expected to remain clinically active.
