Medical Manager

As Cornerstone International Group Türkiye, we are representing a multinational organization operating in the life sciences sector in the search for a Medical Manager.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing medical strategies, providing scientific expertise and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement medical plans aligned with business and product strategies.Provide scientific and medical expertise across assigned therapeutic areas.Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.Support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs.Deliver scientific training and ensure accurate, up-to-date medical information.Contribute to clinical research, advisory boards and scientific projects.Review medical and promotional materials in compliance with local regulations.Represent the organization at scientific congresses and medical meetings.Support pharmacovigilance and medical information activities.QualificationsUniversity degree in Medicine (MD).Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.Experience in specialty care, including metabolic and endocrine disorders, would be considered an advantage.Strong scientific communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience collaborating with KOLs and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Turkish.Strong understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.If you are looking for an opportunity to take ownership of medical initiatives within an internationally connected life sciences environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.Apply directly or contact Cornerstone International Group Türkiye for a confidential discussion.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
