The company is focused on strengthening the local healthcare supply chain and delivering dependable medical products to the market.Role Description The Medical Marketing Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Manama. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Aegis Medical’s product lines, including consumables and medical devices. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials and campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also involves engaging with healthcare clients, supporting customer service activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and healthcare clients.Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.Experience in Sales and Customer Service to support client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategy tailored to medical products and healthcare markets.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in medical or healthcare marketing, distribution, or medical devices is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects on-site in Manama.Comfort with basic digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and presentation software.
