Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day medical insurance operations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewalsCoordinate with clients, brokers, and TPAsProcess policies, certificates, accounting documents, and premium follow-upsMaintain accurate physical and electronic records for regulatory and audit purposesPrepare loss ratio reports, renewal offers, and regulatory reportsEnsure compliance with UAE health insurance regulations and regulatory requirementsRespond to client and broker queries and provide policy-related supportGenerate reports and maintain accurate TPA and internal system dataRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE health insurance operations and regulationsExperience working with clients, brokers, and TPAsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced ExcelStrong communication, analytical, coordination, and organizational skills
