The Medical Officer will provide clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring in accordance with established medical standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with physicians and healthcare staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines. The role involves supervising or participating in minor procedures when required, offering patient education on health management, and supporting preventive health initiatives. The Medical Officer may also contribute to training activities for healthcare team members, helping to maintain high-quality patient care and professional practice.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage common medical conditions effectively.Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including compassionate interaction, clear communication, and careful follow-up.Experience in Training healthcare staff or supporting clinical education initiatives.Exposure to Surgery or minor clinical procedures, with adherence to safety and infection control standards.Ability to work collaboratively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid medical registration as required by local regulations.Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with standard medical record-keeping practices.Ability to work on-site in Dibrugarh East, manage time effectively, and respond appropriately in urgent or emergency situations.Commitment to ethical medical practice, continuous learning, and compliance with healthcare guidelines and policies.
