The promoter group and leadership team includes specialist doctors with extensive experience in public and private healthcare, alongside entrepreneurs, managers, and academicians.Role Description The Medical Officer at RAHI Care Official will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients undergoing dialysis and other renal treatments at the Haridwar center. This full-time, on-site role includes conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, monitoring ongoing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols and safety standards. The Medical Officer will collaborate closely with nephrologists, nursing staff, and technicians to optimize patient outcomes, manage complications, and support continuity of care. Daily responsibilities also involve documentation of clinical findings, prescription and medication management, patient and family education on disease management, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The role may also include coordination with other healthcare providers and support for audits, regulatory compliance, and training of clinical staff.Qualifications Clinical expertise in internal medicine or nephrology-related care, including management of diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease.Strong skills in patient examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency management in a dialysis or renal care setting.Competence in medical documentation, electronic health records usage, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.Effective communication and counseling skills for patient and family education, along with collaborative teamwork with multidisciplinary clinical staff.Ability to maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and ethical medical practice in busy clinical environments.MBBS degree from a recognized institution; relevant postgraduate qualification (MD, DNB, or diploma in a related specialty) is an advantage.Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council and eligibility to practice in India.Prior experience in dialysis units, renal care centers, or hospital-based medical officer roles is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Haridwar and to participate in shift-based or on-call duties as required.
