Medical Officer – Job DescriptionPosition: Medical OfficerLocation: Karelibagh, Vadodara, GujaratEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: 1–2 YearsSalary: ₹33,300–₹35,000 per monthJob Summary looking for a dedicated and responsible Medical Officer to provide comprehensive clinical care and support across pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, emergency, and critical-care settings. The candidate will work closely with surgeons, senior doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-operative patient assessments and coordinate appropriate preparation before surgery.Assist the surgical team during intra-operative procedures as required.Provide immediate pre-surgical and post-surgical clinical support.Monitor patients after surgery and provide post-operative care.Assist in ICU and critical-care management under appropriate medical supervision.Respond to emergency and urgent clinical situations.Perform routine clinical examinations, documentation, and patient monitoring.Coordinate with nursing and other hospital departments to ensure continuity of care.Manage patient discharge procedures and provide appropriate discharge instructions.Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.Support general hospital and administrative responsibilities as assigned.Follow hospital protocols, patient-safety standards, and infection-control practices.Educational QualificationBAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) orBHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
