The Medical Officer will provide comprehensive clinical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up, in accordance with established medical guidelines. Daily responsibilities include managing outpatient and inpatient cases, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and participating in clinical decision-making to ensure safe and effective care. The role may involve assisting in surgical procedures as appropriate, overseeing the implementation of treatment protocols, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Medical Officer is also expected to contribute to staff training, patient education, and quality improvement activities within the facility.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage common and complex clinical conditions.Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including empathetic communication, clinical judgment, and adherence to ethical standards.Experience in Surgery or assisting in surgical procedures, with knowledge of perioperative care and safety protocols.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.Experience in Training healthcare staff or students, including participation in clinical teaching, mentorship, or workshops.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid medical license/registration as required.Strong documentation skills and familiarity with clinical guidelines, infection control, and hospital policies.Ability to work on-site in Mannarkkad, with flexibility to handle varying caseloads and clinical priorities.
