The Hermitage Rehab stands for excellence in addiction recovery care.(Night Shift & Rotational – Mental Health & De-Addiction IPD)Role OverviewYou will work in one of North India’s leading mental health and de-addiction institutions, managing a wide range of psychiatric and detoxification cases and gaining hands-on exposure to emergency and inpatient psychiatric care during night and rotational shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide medical care to psychiatric and detoxification inpatients during night and rotational dutiesMonitor withdrawal symptoms and manage medical stabilityHandle medical and psychiatric emergenciesConduct regular inpatient rounds and patient evaluationsEnsure timely medication administration and vital monitoringMaintain accurate medical records and shift handover documentationSupport admissions, detox initiation, and discharge processesEnsure strict adherence to hospital clinical protocols and patient safety standardsQualifications & CompetenciesMBBS with valid medical registrationExperience or interest in psychiatry and de-addiction preferredAbility to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during night shifts
