Clients are supported by a multidisciplinary team, including resident doctors, beauty consultants, aestheticians, surgical experts, acne specialists, and Ayurvedic doctors. The environment emphasizes holistic care, professional excellence, and positive treatment outcomes.Role Description The Medical Officer at 360 Skin Clinic is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. The Medical Officer will conduct patient consultations, perform clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with clinic protocols and best medical practices. Daily responsibilities include overseeing and performing relevant medical procedures, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients throughout their care journey. The role involves close collaboration with resident doctors, aestheticians, surgical experts, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated skincare and aesthetic services. The Medical Officer will also contribute to patient education, maintain accurate medical records, support quality improvement initiatives, and participate in staff training and case discussions.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with relevant medical degree and valid registration/license to practice.Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including clinical assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up.Experience or exposure to Surgery or minor procedures related to dermatology or medical aesthetics is an advantage.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.Experience in Training or mentoring junior staff or team members in clinical protocols and patient management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and inclusive approach.Attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and commitment to safety, confidentiality, and evidence-based practice.Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetic clinics in a similar setting is highly desirable.
