Dhaka Central International Medical College & Hospital is looking for Medical Officer (Indoor)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob ContextDhaka Central International Medical College Hospital (DCIMCH) is one of the leading healthcare institutions in Bangladesh, committed to providing quality healthcare services through modern medical facilities and experienced professionals.We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Medical Officer (Indoor).Job ResponsibilitiesProvide medical care to admitted (Indoor) patients.Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor clinical progress.Maintain proper medical records and documentation.Coordinate with consultants regarding patient management.Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per hospital protocols.Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and quality protocols.Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Patient Care, Reporting and Documentation, Emergency patient management, Patient Counseling, Infection Prevention and Control, Clinical Assessment and Diagnostic, Exercise PrescriptionExperience RequirementsAt most 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital,Diagnostic CentreFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsExperience Requirements0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)Experience in hospital indoor patient management will be preferred.Other RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in rotating shifts.Strong clinical decision-making ability.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Computer literacy will be an added advantage.SalaryTk. 30000 (Monthly)
