Our services include Health Check-ups, Diagnostic Services, Telemedicine, Medical Training and Health Awareness programs.Role Description The Medical Officer – Telemedicine will provide remote clinical consultations, triage cases, and offer evidence-based medical advice to patients and client organizations using telemedicine platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient histories, reviewing diagnostic information and coordinating with physicians. The role involves contributing to health awareness programs, supporting training activities (such as first aid and basic life support) and maintaining accurate electronic medical records in line with clinical and organizational protocols. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site duties at Sea Bird facilities and some work-from-home flexibility as operational needs permit.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to provide safe and evidence-based teleconsultations.Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including clinical assessment, counselin, and follow-up in telemedicine settings.Experience in Training, especially delivering or supporting medical training programs (e.g., first aid, BLS, ACLS) is preferred.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.Exposure to Surgery or emergency/acute care settings is an advantage, particularly for triage and referral decisions.MBBS, DNB, MD medical degree; valid medical registration/license as per applicable regulations.Comfort with digital health platforms, electronic medical records, and remote communication tools.Strong communication skills, clinical documentation accuracy and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Mumbai, including rotational shifts if required for 24x7 support.
