The team is passionate about creating healthier, happier workforces through tailored, high-energy initiatives that inspire people to “join the move.”Role Description The Medical Oncologist will provide expert clinical care to individuals participating in Haraakah | حركة programs who require specialized oncology support, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of cancer-related conditions. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing treatment plans, coordinating chemotherapy and radiation therapy with partner facilities when needed, and monitoring progress and side effects in alignment with best-practice medical standards. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate medical guidance into wellness activities, contributing to health education initiatives, and maintaining accurate, confidential medical records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine with demonstrated clinical experience in internal medicine or related specialties.Advanced expertise in Oncology with comprehensive knowledge of cancer biology, staging, and multidisciplinary care.Clinical experience managing a wide range of Cancer types, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.Proficiency in Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy coordination, including treatment planning, side-effect management, and patient counseling.Medical degree (MD or equivalent), completion of residency, and board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.Valid medical license (or ability to obtain one) to practice in Saudi Arabia.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in clear, compassionate language.Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with wellness, sports medicine, or occupational health professionals is an advantage.Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
