- Review and assess patients’ medical reports, records, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive medical files for international treatment.
- Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and healthcare providers across international markets, including the UK, Germany, and USA.
- Follow up on medical documentation, treatment requests, and extensions when required.
- Provide medical guidance and ensure accurate and timely case coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.🔹 Requirements
- Medical/Healthcare background is required.
- Medical Doctors are highly preferred.
- Experience in medical insurance, case management, medical coordination, or international healthcare is a strong plus.
- Medical Coding certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- French or German is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and case-management skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts to support a global 24/7 operation.
- The position should be your primary full-time employment.
