As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Manager to join our team.Job SummaryThe Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technical and regulatory activities, ensuring compliance with applicable Ethiopian pharmaceutical and medical product requirements, and supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion.The successful candidate will work closely with management, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and maintain high professional and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the company’s technical and regulatory affairs.Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) requirements and applicable regulations.Manage and maintain the company’s EFDA license and regulatory documentation.Coordinate product registration, renewal, and regulatory submissions.Review technical documents and product dossiers from international suppliers.Support the importation and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical products.Liaise with EFDA and other relevant regulatory authorities when required.Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on their potential impact.Work with international suppliers and partners on technical and regulatory matters.Support the identification and introduction of new products and business opportunities.Contribute to the company’s expansion strategy and development of new product lines.Ensure proper documentation, quality standards, and regulatory compliance throughout operations.Provide technical guidance and support to management and other relevant staff.Perform other technical and managerial duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical products, healthcare, or related industry.Valid EFDA license and the professional qualifications required to serve as a Technical Manager.Relevant educational background in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or another closely related field.Strong knowledge of Ethiopian pharmaceutical and medical product regulations.Experience in pharmaceutical/medical product importation, registration, and regulatory affairs is highly preferred.Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.Strong professional ethics and attention to detail.Willingness and ability to work in Bethel, Addis Ababa.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Amharic is an advantage.What We OfferAn opportunity to take a key role in a growing Ethiopian healthcare company.A professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities to contribute directly to business expansion and development.Competitive salary and benefits package, based on qualifications and experience.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV and relevant credentials to:Email: info@proxlinksolutions.com or call me at +251 903585879Subject: Application for Technical Manager Position
