Job description A veterinary pharmaceutical company present in Egypt , Sudan, Qatar and UAE, and a sole agent for many international companies that produce veterinary medicines, feed additives, disinfectants and diagnostic kits, is seeking a highly driven and creative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, analyzing market trends, developing promotional campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement product marketing strategies and annual brand plans.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.Monitor product performance and recommend actions to maximize market share and profitability.Prepare promotional materials and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with company standards.Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches.Provide training and scientific support to the sales force.Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective product management.Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment for marketing activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related life science field.MBA or postgraduate studies in Marketing are preferred.3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager role.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluent in English and Arabic.Key CompetenciesStrategic PlanningMarket AnalysisBrand ManagementLeadership and TeamworkPresentation and Communication SkillsBusiness AcumenProblem Solving and Decision Making
